About Vamos

We’ve taken groups to Spain since early 2012. From the northwest region of Asturias, famous for Covadonga and Los Lagos to the southern city of Granada and its medieval architecture, Moorish occupation and of course famous Alhambra.

But since our first trip to Valencia in the spring of 2016 we kept going back. So much so in fact, we opened a new school and made a second home.

London’s most popular Spanish school

More than 8,000 students have studied Spanish at Vamos. We currently have more than 1000 students studying at our schools in Holborn and Canary Wharf and a team of around 35 experienced, native teachers all of whom are qualified in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

From the outset Vamos recognised the value of immersive learning by taking groups to Spain. We’ve organised many trips over the years and each time our students have given us consistently excellent feedback. But since our first trip to Valencia in 2016 we kept going back. So much so, we opened a new school and made a second home. Our school is in the centre of the city and when we’re not in the classroom we can take our students bike touring around the historic town, paddle surfing in the sea or show them some of the city’s great places of interest and museums.

Well planned lessons that let you speak, speak, speak…

Students are immersed in the rich culture of Valencia as they improve their Spanish skills and all while having fun. From the moment they arrive their teacher will speak entirely in Spanish.

A lovely welcoming environment

Our school is situated just 5 minutes walk from Xativa metro in the centre of the city. In fact the journey time from the airport terminal metro to Xativa is less than half an hour. We have a lovely, welcoming environment with classrooms equipped with modern learning technologies.

Specially prepared courses

Our weekend and one-week courses are specially prepared to cover the grammar and vocabulary needed for student’s current level of Spanish. Our activities will keep students engaged and motivated throughout their course. Students learn Spanish for everyday situations and become involved in selecting topics for discussion according to their individual needs and interests.

We have courses for all levels from complete beginners through to B2 plus. They’re all highly communicative and specially designed to help develop skills, build confidence and accelerate learning. We start courses every month and include an amazing programme of social and cultural activities.

An amazing weekend in this beautiful city with 10-hours language learning, culture and history and our programme of social and cultural activities including treasure hunt, bike tour, dinner and flamenco Vamos courses are specially designed for students learning Spanish as a foreign language, which makes them ideal for Erasmus students and the support required for university.
